Cougar Invitational Cancelled!

COUGAR BOWLING CLUB 2009 Cougar Invitational, scheduled for August 7, 2009 – August 16, 2009, on the campus of the University of Houston has been CANCELLED (see reasons below)! We regret this late notice and unfortunate cancelation of this tournament. Our options are few, being so late into the summer, and have elected to reschedule this tournament or a tournament similar to take place in January of 2010 (during the holiday break). For those of you who have pre-paid, a full refund will be issued. If you need to talk with a tournament official on this matter, please contact Tommy Mohwinkel, Jeff Scott or myself. Please help in getting this information out.

“Due to emergency maintenance issues, the University Center (UC) will close as of 5.p.m. this Friday, August 7, and will remain closed through the weekend in order to implement critical HVAC repair. We plan to resume normal hours of operation on Monday, August 10th pending repairs have been fully completed.

All operations and services at the UC will be suspended until these critical situations have been repaired.”
